To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Protection of your personal information is top priority.

RETURNS
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Downloadable digital products.
3. Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, contact us at funtimediscovery@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
EXCHANGES
- Due to high shipping costs, we regret that we are unable to offer exchanges.
- If you are unsure about a product, please reach out to us before purchasing. We are happy to assist with questions about sizes, colours, or other product details to help you make an informed decision.
SHIPPING
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within three days of receiving payment confirmation.
- We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
- In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the order.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days
- International Shipping: 10 - 30 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently only ship within North America. Digital products are sent via email at no charge.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to the North West Territories, Yukon, or Alaska.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.
- If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

a. Responsibility for Damaged Parcels
While we take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged, damages can occasionally occur during transit.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, without a signature required, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Email us at funtimediscovery@gmail.com
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label to help us assess the situation.
b. Filing a Claim
- If the damage is caused by the courier during delivery, we will file a claim with the delivery company.
- Claims are subject to the courier's policies and procedures.
- We will keep you informed of this process.
c. Replacement or Refund
- Once we receive evidence of the damage and confirm the claim, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: If inventory is available, we will send you a replacement item.
- Refund: If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
d. Items Not Covered
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the functionality or quality of the item is not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Loss or damage due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer is not covered.
e. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for inspecting parcels upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly. This is within seven days of receipt of delivery.
- For parcels requiring a signature upon delivery, please ensure that the package is inspected before signing; otherwise, the return or exchange may not be honoured.
6. International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
- Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
1. Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are **final**.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads once the purchase has been completed.
- If you encounter an issue with your download (e.g., corrupted file or incorrect product), please contact us at funtimediscovery@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
2. Download Limitations
Digital downloads are provided for personal use only and are non-transferable.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
- After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download the digital product.
- Ensure that your email address is accurate during checkout to avoid delays in delivery.
- If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
4. Technical Support
