The entity, Fun Time Discovery, reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time without notice and by using the website, you accept those amendments. Furthermore, if a legal claim proceeds following arbitration, the prevailing party has the right to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and associated costs pertaining to the legal action.

MEMBERSHIPS
Eligibility:
Membership in Fun Time Discovery is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years and older. Those who do not meet this age requirement are not authorized to apply for membership. Any registration by individuals under the age of 18 is considered unauthorized and constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Members aged 18 and over may supervise participation by individuals under 18 on the website at their discretion.

Application Process:
Fun Time Discovery retains the right to approve or deny membership applications at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject a member's registration without providing an explanation.

Confidentiality and Security:
Upon registration, members may receive a unique key or password to access specific pages and services. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their keys or passwords and agree to take all necessary precautions to secure this information.

Responsibility for Unauthorized Use:
Members are fully responsible for any activities that occur under their account, including any liabilities and damages that arise from unauthorized access due to breaches in password security. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, please notify us immediately.

Limitations of Liability:
Fun Time Discovery is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of a member’s failure to comply with the security measures regarding password confidentiality elaborated above.
By joining Fun Time Discovery, members agree to adhere to this Membership Policy and all relevant Terms and Conditions outlined.

MEMBER CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE USE
For any Content or information that you upload, display, post, transmit, send, email or submit to us on the website or any of our social media sites, you warrant that you are the owner of that Content or have express permission from the owner of those intellectual property rights to use and distribute that Content to us. You grant us, employees and owner of the entity, Fun Time Discovery, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right to identify you, publish, post, reformat, copy, distribute, display, any Content provided by you on our website and any of our social media sites for any purpose. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights of any Content or information that you provide to us.

You agree not to upload, display, post, transmit, distribute, send, email or submit to us on the website or any of our social media sites any information or content that:
a. is illegal, violates or infringes upon the rights of others,
b. is defamatory, abusive, profane, hateful, vulgar, obscene, libellous, pornographic, threatening,
c. encourages or advocates conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, giving rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law,
d. distributes material, including but not limited to spyware, computer virus, any malicious computer software or any other harmful information that is actionable by law,
e. attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the website, and
f. is unsolicited or unauthorized material
g. may disrupt the operation of the website or the associated YouTube Channel.

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and shall be liable for damages resulting from violation of any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the entity, Fun Time Discovery, and any of its associates from all losses, claims, damages, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, or judgments, including costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees (“Liabilities”) incurred by you arising, in whole or in part, from: (a) actions or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, by you, your agents, directors, officers, employees, or representatives; (b) all your actions and use of the website, including purchasing products and services; (c) violation of any laws, rules, regulations, or ordinances by you; (d) violation of any terms and conditions of this website by you or anyone related to you; and (e) infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other rights of anyone. Fun Time Discovery will promptly notify you of any such claims or liabilities and reserves the right to defend such claims, liabilities, or damages at your expense. You shall fully cooperate and assist us upon request, without any cost, to defend any such claims.
